Mi nombre es Gorka Ezkurdia. Nací en Oiartzun, mi playa habitual es La Zurriola situado en San Sebastian, en el Pais Vasco.
Desde pequeño he tenido una relación muy estrecha con el mar. Esto me ha permitido conocer muchísima gente y aprender muchas cosas.
En el 2007 empecé a recibir mis primeros cursillos de surf, y enseguida me enganche a este deporte. Después de unos años surfeando, en el 2015 con la idea de enseñar a la gente lo que yo vivía en el agua empece a sacar mis primeras fotos con una Gopro. Al año estaba totalmente enganchado a la fotografía pero especialmente a la fotografía acuática, fue entonces cuando decidí comprarme mi primera cámara réflex y una carcasa acuática.
Después de meter muchas horas y aprender de mis errores, ahora mismo esto es mi día día, he podido sacar fotos para diferentes marcas y surfistas de alto nivel y conocer muchos sitios increíbles.
Personalmente me encuentro en un momento muy bueno, con muchas ganas de seguir aprendiendo de los mejores y muy motivado para lo que venga.
My name is Gorka Ezkurdia. I was born in Oiartzun, my usual beach is La Zurriola located in San Sebastian in the Basque Country.
Since childhood I have had a very close relationship with the sea. This has made me meet many people and learn many things.
In 2007 I started receiving my first surf courses, and soon I got hooked on this sport. After a few years surfing, in 2015 with the idea of teaching people what I lived in the water I started taking my first photos with a Gopro. After a year I was totally hooked on photography but especially on aquatic photography, that's when I decided to buy my first camera and an underwater case.
After putting in many hours and learning from my mistakes, this is my day right now, I have been able to take photos for different brands and high-level surfers and get to know many incredible sites.
Personally I find myself in a very good moment, eager to continue learning from the best and very motivated for what comes.
